This is a request under Chapter 91-A of New Hampshire's Public Officers and Employees Law for copies of records in the possession of the (DEPARTMENT) relating to all agreements between the Wal-Mart Corporation and/or all entities owned, controlled, owned by or affiliated with Wal-Mart, and the (DEPARTMENT), State of New Hampshire or (LIST CITIES where Wal-Mart or its entities are located) or their entities, regarding the location, construction, expansion or any other economic development activity involving Wal-Mart.

The records requested include the applications and supporting documents submitted by Wal-Mart or its affiliate; the agreements with attachments approving each application; and all reports, letters and other records concerning the company's compliance or non-compliance with the provisions of the agreement, including but not limited to the monitoring and enforcement of these provisions and any penalties imposed for non-compliance. These agreements include but are not limited to any loan, grant, bond, tax credit, tax exemption or abatement, or other financial assistance provided to the Wal-Mart or its affiliate.

Your response is requested no later than five business days following receipt of this letter. If for any reason any portion of my request is denied, please state the reason and provide the name and address of the person or body to whom an appeal should be directed.
