Covid Stimulus Watch now includes recipient data from the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). We’ve added more than 123,000 entries that amount to almost $8 billion across 15 ARPA programs.

Notable program additions are the Provider Relief Fund- American Rescue Plan Rural Payments, which provides economic support to rural health care entities; grants of $500,000 and above from the COVID-19 Coverage Assistance Fund, a reimbursement program that covers the cost of administering COVID-19 vaccines; and two programs managed by the SBA: The Shuttered Venue Operators Grant and the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, both of which are meant to help small businesses stay afloat.

Recipient data from other smaller programs—most of which are administered by the Health Resources & Services Administration—are also available for download.

We’ve also added a new feature to our advanced search page that allows users to differentiate between CARES Act and ARPA data as they search for entries.

Covid Stimulus Watch will continue to update ARPA program recipient data as it becomes available.
